The itinerary does not include any kind of extra fooding or lodging except those specifically mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh tour package.
Driver's duty will be for 10 hours every day (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM). The vehicle will not be available for full-day personal disposal.
If you wish to change the itinerary during the tour, the changes must be informed as early as possible. Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the customer.
The sequence of sightseeing may be changed due to traffic, temple timings, darshan timings, weather conditions, road conditions or other local circumstances.
There shall be no refund for any sightseeing missed due to excess time taken at one site, late departure, heavy traffic, temple timings or unforeseen circumstances.
Temple darshan charges, special entry tickets, monument entry fees, activity charges and other charges not mentioned in the package inclusions will be borne by the customer.
Any emergency cost arising during the tour will be borne by the customer.
There will be no refund of the advance payment if the tour is cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date. For cancellations made before 15 days, the refund shall be made as per the respective hotel's and service providers' refund policies.
Full payment is to be paid before check-out on the last day of the tour.
Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the standard timings of the respective hotel. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges.
