✓ Driver's duty will be 10 hours per day (08:00 AM – 06:00/07:00 PM). The vehicle will operate as per the planned itinerary and will not be on full-day disposal.
✓ Any modification to the itinerary during the tour must be informed in advance and will be subject to additional charges.
✓ There will be no refund for any sightseeing missed due to bad weather, roadblocks, traffic conditions, landslides, or delays beyond our control.
✓ Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, flight/train delays, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
✓ Inner Line Permit (ILP) is mandatory for visiting Arunachal Pradesh. If not included in the package, the cost and documentation will be the responsibility of the guest.
✓ Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel's policy.
✓ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
✓ Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property or the vehicle during the tour.
✓ No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed meals, or unutilized sightseeing during the tour.
✓ 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the completion of the tour.
✓ If the tour is cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date, the advance amount will be non-refundable. Refunds before 15 days will be processed as per the hotel's cancellation policy.
